Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our Loyalty Program! By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • The Loyalty Program is open to all customers with an active account on our website.
  • Only individuals aged 18 or older are eligible to participate.

2. Earning Points

  • Registration Bonus: Customers will receive 30 loyalty points upon creating a new account.
  • Referral Program:
    • Points are awarded only when the referred friend registers an account and completes a qualifying purchase (minimum £10).
    • Both the referrer and referee must comply with program rules.
  • Purchases: Earn points equivalent to 5% of your total order value, excluding taxes, discounts, and shipping fees.

3. Using Points

  • Redemption Rate: 10 loyalty points equal £1.
  • Points can be redeemed against purchases on our website.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or used for gift card purchases.

4. Points Expiry

  • All loyalty points expire 12 months from the date they are earned.

5. Refunds and Adjustments

  • If an order is refunded, points earned from that order will be deducted from your account.
  • If points have already been redeemed, the equivalent value will be deducted from the refunded amount.

6. Account Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts or adjust points in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms.
