This product can be customised in the following ways:
Size – 4″(10cm), 5″(12.5cm), 6″(15cm), 7″(17.5cm) or 8″(20cm)
The size refers to the overall width of the item. If you are unsure about what size you need, please see our sizing guide.
Layout – Two lines or three lines
Colour – Over 30 materials/colours to choose from, please see colour chart in images.
Topper/Charm – This item is available as a topper with a stick to be inserted into the top of the cake, or a charm without a stick to be stuck onto the side of the cake

Please enter the text for your item in the personalisation field. We generally recommend one word per line, however, two short words on one line is also acceptable.

UK Shipping
All UK orders over £10 qualify for free 2nd class shipping. However, please note that 2nd class post is NOT TRACKED and NOT GUARANTEED by a particular date. We also offer a range of upgraded shipping options including: 1st class, Tracked 24 and Special Delivery. These options can be selected at checkout. Prices vary depending on the weight and size of your item, and are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! We offer both standard (non-tracked) and tracked options. Please see our shipping info page for more details.
Late Arrivals and Refunds Policy
We always meet our production target of 1-3 business days. However, items do occasionally arrive late due to courier delays. In these circumstances we may be able to offer you a refund - please contact us.
For each shipping option we offer, we specify a "refund threshold". If your product arrives after the refund threshold for the shipping option you paid for, we are able to offer you a refund. Please see our shipping info page for more details.
Personalised Products and Returns Policy
Since we make each item especially for you, we cannot accept returns on personalised or custom-made products.
Damaged Items and Refund Policy
We take great care in preparing our products for transit. We package all our products securely in corrugated cardboard packaging. However, despite our best efforts, acrylics are brittle and very occasionally break in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch and we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
Your item will arrive with a protective film on the front side of it, we leave this on to protect it during transit. Please carefully remove the protective film before use.
The charm format does not have spikes on the back. The item needs to be applied to the cake using buttercream or cake glue, please see our “how to use” guide for more information.
Mirror Acrylic Products
Our Mirror Acrylic is a sleek, one-sided mirror with a subtle grey back. To ensure it arrives safely, we cover it with a clear protective film that’s easy to peel off when you're ready to reveal the shine. We engrave the mirror from the back, creating a permanent, transparent design that won't scratch, fade, or lose its luster. This method ensures your design will remain both durable and visually striking for years to come.
Wood Products
Each of our Wood products is crafted with care and rigorously inspected before and after engraving. However, since wood is a natural material, each piece is unique, and minor imperfections such as variations in grain, colour, or the presence of knots may occur. These characteristics add to the charm and individuality of the product. Please note, we’re unable to offer refunds for natural imperfections or any browning from the laser engraving process, as they are inherent to the material.

Wondering how our laser engraving works? It’s a simple yet fascinating process! We use a powerful laser to burn the surface of the material, which is why we don’t use ink or color. The engraving’s appearance depends on the material: dark engravings on wood, white markings on slate, or even see-through designs on certain types of acrylic. It’s the magic of laser engraving—creating precise, long-lasting designs with every piece!
What does mirror acrylic mean?
Mirror acrylic is a shiny, reflective acrylic material - perfect for adding a premium finishing touch to any special occasion. Mirror acrylic is one sided, meaning that the back of the acrylic is grey.
What does engraving mean?
We engrave our mirror acrylic products from the back, meaning that the grey backing is removed, leaving a transparent engraving of your design which is permanent and will never fade and remain both durable and visually striking for years to come.
How do I attach my topper/charm to my cake?
For the topper, please peel any protective film and gently insert into the cake where desired.
To attach a charm, please peel any protective film and use cake glue or buttercream to gently press the charm into the cake.
